Accents for Today

Accents for Today was started in 1997 as a wholesaler of hand made greeting cards. The selection grew as more and more talented artists from different countries added their beautiful work. These ethnically diverse cards were very well received in many gift and stationery stores and especially by museum shops so it was natural to expand into other cultural artifacts.

The cards, crafts and folk art tell a story about the regions they come from by reflecting local materials and handicraft traditions. All the cards have inserts with some biographical material, perhaps a photo of the artist, and describe materials and how they are made. Similar information is also available for the cultural artifacts.
